Tarcisio's restaurant in Sequim, Washington, has gone from horrible to gut-wrenching. Every once in a while, I get a wild hair up my ass and give Tarcisio's another shot.My tongue was hurting from an unbelievably salty veal parmesan that was drowning in olive oil and barf-worthy white cheese. Not to be rude, I downed most of the veal that had one flavor. Salt! The side of spaghetti on the same plate was cut or broken short, cooked to the point of gross mush, and topped with a bizarre sauce.
Cooking spaghetti al dente should be a brainless process. The reason behind mushy spaghetti became clearer when two cooks came out of the kitchen for a smoke break. Their hats and coats had black smudges. One was wearing dirty shorts and shoes and showing hairy legs. Three smoke breaks during our one-hour visit to Tarcisio's.
The prime rib didn't fare any better. We ordered medium. What came out was closer to well-done and cold. Baked potato was undercooked. Carrots had dirt on them. Much like the veal parmesan, the prime rib was salty and drenched in what was a shot at au jus. There was so much au jus that it permeated every inch of the plate.
The only highlight at the restaurant was a polite bus boy, the first person to see us waiting for someone to make eye contact at the door. It's not like the restaurant was busy. Of the 25 plus tables, only four had guests.
We learned our lesson this time. Retirees of Sequim especially should avoid this cafeteria food. Even if you care little about having a coronary, avoid this joint and drink two vials of salt instead.

HEY DAYHAWK,What makes you food critic of the year? Have you ever cooked or worked in a restaurant before i think NOT! Black smudges on hats and coats is from working hard all day! I like the shitty pic's of the food you destoryed. What gives you the right to post shit like this on the internet cause you have a computer and you are bored with life! How about pulling that hair out of your ass with your head! This restaurant has been around for 20 years these people are hard working middle class folks! class that you have none of!

I've seen a couple of people who said they enjoyed your pizza, something I have not yet tried.

Well lets see...I would like to know if you failed to say anything to your server about any of this, because you didn't fail at eating pretty much every last delicious bit of it....baked potato, what baked potato? I know myself, if anything was undercooked or cold...or I guess even over cooked at that, I def. would have sent it back and got something else.
Instead you eat almost all of it then go and post pictures on the internet b/c u have nothing better to do with your time. As well as everyone that leaves a nasty comment on here, the only reason u can list all the people that have said bad things, is b/c they are the only ones that get online and waist their time doing it.
I know if it was me eating at a restaurant, and I loved every minute of it, I probably wouldn't go online to post a comment saying how great it was. Now if I went to a restaurant and got horrible food and service I would be more likely to go online to post a comment, but still wouldn't thats just me tho.
Also if Tarcisio's went from horrible to gut-wrenching, obviously you have been in there before and thought it was horrible, SOOOO.. why would you want to return to a restaurant that you didn't like in the first place? Considering by reading everything you wrote your food and where you eat means a lot to you.
Well I could go on for hrs about everything you wrote, like how the one or two carrots that supposedly had dirt on them are the only ones that are left on the plate, wow strictly unbelievable. Feel free to comment back I would love to hear what you have to write.
